Return Process

  Initiate Your Request

  Contact our customer service team within 14 days of delivery to request a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) and provide your order details.

  Prepare the Item

  Ensure the furniture or decor item is securely packed in its original packaging, including all protective materials and documentation to prevent damage during transit.

  Arrange Collection

  Once approved, we will coordinate a pickup with our specialized furniture couriers or provide you with a return shipping label for smaller boutique items.

• 4.
  Inspection and Refund

  After our warehouse team inspects the returned item to confirm it is in original condition, your refund or store credit will be processed within 5-7 business days.
